3. HIV
4. VDRL

History taking like usual 

DRUG INTAKE HISTORY should be highlighted

1. refer pharmacy
2. methadone therapy
3. check with relatives.

Most of the patients are young generation. 

 

Screening is usually done by the ADK.

Reason : 1.Non-compliance

                 2. Relapse Schizophrenia

Team for home visit is similar to that of Hypertension and Diabetes team.
